The company has only made an official announcement about Demon Slayer Hashira Training Arc, or season 4 of the anime, which will be released in spring 2024. Furthermore, a recent leak revealed that several films will take the place of Demon Slayer Season 5 to complete The Infinity Castle arc and The Sunrise Countdown Arc.
Ufotable might adopt a different strategy and stop putting out new episodes every week. Therefore, they could choose to do a series of films, which would be something new in the anime industry since no other series has ever included five films in a row. It is therefore assumed that there won’t be a fifth season, and if one does, it will debut following the release of one or two films.
