Shaitaan Plot
Shaitaan centers on the seemingly perfect lives of Janvi and Dhruv’s father, Kabir, and his loving wife Jyoti. However, during a family weekend away, a mysterious stranger named Vanraj Kashyap enters their lives, upending their peaceful existence. When Vanraj is around, a series of unsettling things happen as he has a dark power over Janvi and makes her follow his every order.
As the tension grows, Kabir and Jyoti are caught in a terrifying situation and are working very hard to keep their daughter safe from Vanraj’s evil clutches. The movie explores the depths of human vulnerability and the lengths a family will go to protect their loved ones as it dives into the worlds of vashikaran and black magic.

Shaitaan is a breathtaking work of art that enthralls viewers with its intense storytelling, haunting visuals, and flawless performances. Anurag Kashyap’s directing skill is evident as he tells a story of moral decadence and psychological turmoil. The cast gives outstanding performances, which is one of the film’s most notable features.
Renowned for his adaptability, R Madhavan plays the antagonist with amazing grace. His portrayal of Vanraj is both engrossing and terrifying, alternating between a lovable behavior and a sinister presence with ease. Experienced in dramatic roles, Ajay Devgn gives a strong performance as Kabir, the resolute and protective father.
However, the real star of the show is Janaki Bodiwala’s portrayal of the possessed Janvi. Her astonishing ability to switch between fear, innocence, and shivering surrender to Vanraj’s orders makes the movie a big success.
