Top 5 Worst One Piece Villains Fans Really Hated

One piece is an iconic anime series that has earned praise for its powerful story and rich world-building. It is the home of some of the most adored and hated anime characters. Without its unlikeable characters, anime wouldn’t be the same. One Piece became well-known due to its imaginative settings, and engaging characters.

The majority of One Piece fans started watching the anime when they were young, and they grew up seeing Luffy accomplish the impossible. In this article, you will discover the top 5 One Piece characters that fans really hated.

*Spoiler Alert*

1) Saint Charloss

Saint Charloss is a world noble and a harsh person who doesn’t care about other people’s lives. Like some other world nobles, he thinks he is better than everyone he meets. Fans genuinely hate him because of his violent and immature actions.  He truly qualifies as one of the worst of the worst due to the way he laughs while torturing the slaves till they are on the verge of death.

2) Akainu Sakazuki

Akainu is the fleet admiral of the Marines, the world government’s armed maritime force. After the former fleet admiral, he defeated Aokiji to earn this rank. Fans hate him because he is cruel, brutal, and dedicated to the absolute justice principle of putting criminals behind bars at any cost.

The Marine doctrine was based on the belief that it is worthwhile to put an end to all illegal activity. He is prepared to kill anyone who he perceives to be evil. Particularly with regard to the pirates, Akainu pushes this ideology to its limit. Another reason why fans hate Akainu is that he killed their favorite character, Portgas D. Ace, who was Luffy’s older brother.

Don’t miss out on Akainu’s journey by having high-speed internet while binge-watching One Piece, so you can enjoy watching every episode without any interruptions.

3) Marshall D. Teach

Marshall D. Teach is commonly known as Blackbeard and one of One Piece’s main villains. He was able to steal Whitebeard’s Gura Gura no Mi and Thatch’s Yami Yami no Mi through an undisclosed ability. That is why he is truly a dangerous enemy. Fans hate him because he killed Whitebeard and was responsible for both the arrest and eventual death of Ace.

Blackbeard is regarded as the dark-side equivalent of Whitebeard and Monkey D. Luffy’s archenemy. When he killed Thatch, he showed off his brutality. He also believes that neither good nor evil is innate in the world.

4) Arlong

Arlong the Saw is a cruel and illiterate fish-man. He believes that humans are inferior to his race, which is why he is strongly opposed to the mixing of these two species. In light of this, the existence of several racists in The One Piece series is not surprising.

His horrible temper and violent anger almost caused a village to burn down at the slightest inconvenience. Although he seems to enjoy manipulating people through agreements and money, he has no issue killing a town full of people.

Do you ever wonder if Arlong will get over his hatred of people? Figure out what’s next by watching it on streaming platforms like Netflix, Hulu, or Dish Network.

5) Trebol

Trebol is one of Donquixote’s top three officers. He is violent and vicious and attacks people without thinking first. Fans hate him for his cruel actions, which include forcing dwarfs onto a ship to die.

He is also directly responsible for instilling Donquixote Doflamingo’s brutality from a young age, which makes him an indirect cause of the unbelievably great amount of evil caused by Doflamingo’s rage. Trebol displays a harsh and insensitive personality which makes fans really hate him.

He acted quickly and violently by throwing a ship at the Office tower without considering the harm he had caused when he sank the expensive ship carrying a crew who had come to do business with the Donquixote Family.

Final Thoughts

One piece became well-known due to its immersive storyline, imaginative settings, and captivating characters. Fans wouldn’t be able to enjoy the majority of the characters they care about if there weren’t such evil characters. The good and the evil are definitely balanced in a one-piece universe. Fans are drawn to its story even though the series features various terrible personalities, and it has gained a large following over years.
