How can they be calm as some of the most awaited holdover movies of last year will release now? Some of the big Bollywood movies scheduled to release last year couldn’t make it to the theatres due to lockdown. One of the most awaited movies of them is Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi whose release date is out now.
The Rohit Shetty cop drama was scheduled to release on Mar 24, 2020, but couldn’t make it to the theatres due to lockdown. Ever since the fans are awaiting its release. Well, the wait is over now as Sooryavanshi gets a new release date as soon as the government allows 100% occupancy in cinema halls.

Though there is no confirmation from the producers, Bollywood Hungama has reported that Sooryavanshi is all set to release on April 2, 2021. If turns out true this will be a big booster to Bollywood industry which has been struggling big time. Sooryvanshi will pave way for other big holdover releases like 83, Radhe and more.
As per Bollywood Hungama report, the team is planning to announce the release date in a grand fashion. The team wants to make sure that enough buzz is generated about the release of the film. The official announcement about the release may be made next week.
Sooryavanshi is the fourth movie of Rohit Shetty’s cop-universe. It stars Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in lead roles. Ranveer Singh (Simmba) and Ajay Devgn (Singham) will be seen in a special cameo.
Sooryavanshi is one of the most anticipated Bollywood movies of 2021. Trade experts are hoping it a huge hit at the box office. Even we have huge expectations from it. We are predicting it to become Akshay Kumar’s first Rs 300 crore grosser.
