The third season of the popular comedy series “Hacks” is slated for release on HBO Max this spring. The announcement, made via the show’s official Instagram account, stirred excitement among fans. However, the specific premiere date remains undisclosed.
Created by Paul W. Downs, Lucia Aniello, and Jen Statsky, Hacks premiered on HBO Max on May 13, 2021. It swiftly garnered widespread adoration from fans and received praise from critics due to its exceptional writing, performances, and its adept handling of pertinent themes. The series focuses on the professional relationship between a young comedy writer and a legendary stand-up comedian.
In June 2022, HBO confirmed Season 3 after wrapping up Season 2. Season 1 hit screens in May 2021, and Season 2 arrived a year later in May 2022. Critics have lauded the series, especially Season 1, which nabbed 15 Emmy nominations.
