Though there is no official announcement from the creators, Blu-ray information listed on the anime site has seemingly revealed the episode count of the first season. If the details on the series’ official website are correct, it looks like the Solo Leveling anime’s first season will consist of a total of 12 episodes.

The Blu-ray DVDs for the Solo Leveling anime will divide the 12 episodes across four discs, containing three episodes on each disc. These discs are scheduled for release between March and June 2024.

Fans are disappointed with this episode count
Fans are a bit disappointing for some fans. Despite the amazing start, many fans were upset that such an exciting series might only run for 12 weeks. Some fans wished the creators would reconsider and maybe split the season into two parts.
The original webtoon had a huge fanbase, and the anime’s first episode has created a tremendous buzz. Fans aren’t worried about the smaller number of episodes; they’re more concerned about the pace. They are worried about how the story might be rushed due to the short season. They don’t want Solo Leveling anime to face the problem of too few episodes to tell a good story.
