IMDb’s Most Anticipated Indian Movies of 2024 list includes biggies like Pushpa 2, Fighter, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, and more.
IMDb has revealed its list of the most anticipated Indian movies of 2024. Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone starrer aerial action film, Fighter, is at the top of the list. The film helmed by Siddharth Anand is releasing on Jan 25, 2024. It is followed by Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rule – Part 2. Interestingly, Deepika Padukone has three movies in three of the top 5. The movies have been sorted based on the number of times millions of IMDb users around the world have viewed their pages.
Fighter is at the top of the list because Hrithik and Deepika are working together for the first time. It is the first big release of the year. It marks the return of Siddharth Anand exactly a year after he delivered last year’s first blockbuster, Pathaan.
Talking about Fighter being the most anticipated Indian movie of 2024, Hrithik said, “It’s an incredibly positive update that Fighter is the most anticipated Indian movie of 2024, as per IMDb. The second position in the list is acquired by Pushpa 2. It will bring back Allu Arjun along with Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil after the superhit prequel, Pushpa: The Rise.
Akshay Kumar starrer comedy, Welcome to the Jungle aka Welcome 3, is in the third position on the list. It is going to be the biggest comedy movie of 2024. Directed by Ahmed Khan, it stars Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Disha Patani, Jacqueline, Pares Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Raveena Tandon, and more.
