However, just behind them, the skies are dark and a bright red beam of light bursts the sky. The poster certainly indicates that the season is not going to end on a smooth note. In the action-packed season finale, Superman’s (Tyler Hoechlin) worst nightmare comes to life, and Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) confronts Leslie Larr (guest star Stacey Farber, “Degrassi: The Next Generation”). Meanwhile, Lana (Emmanuelle Chriqui), Kyle (Erik Valdez), and Sarah (Inde Navarette) agree to stay to help General Lane (Dylan Walsh).
The finale is going to be super interesting and one can expect a huge cliffhanger. Apart from Jordan facing a big threat, the finale will also see Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) confront Leslie Larr (Stacey Farber). This is going to be an intense conversation. How many episodes are there in Superman & Lois Season 1?
Superman & Lois premiered on The CW on Feb 23, 2021. It’s been a bumpy release schedule for The CW’s new superhero show due to the pandemic. The show took a long break in April and May for eight weeks and returned on TV screens on May 18, 2021. It took another two-week break and returned to screens on July 13, 2021.
The first season of Superman & Lois has 15 episodes as revealed on its fandom page. Originally, the first season was planned to have 13 episodes but was extended. The show is currently on a small hiatus. It will return on Aug 10, 2021, for episode 14 to be followed by the season 1 finale on Aug 17, 2021.
Will there be Superman & Lois Season 2?
The CW renewed ‘Superman & Lois’ for a second season in March 2021. However, its release date is not out yet. The CW has announced the premiere date of shows coming in fall 2021 and Superman & Lois Season 2 is not on the list. So, expect it to arrive next year in Feb or March.
