Here’s when you can expect to Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s next movie 83 to release in cinema halls.

After bearing huge loss last year due to the pandmic, Bollywood is now hoping for a revival with big releases. After seeing the incredible response to Tollywood’s big-budget movies Krack and Master, Bollywood filmmakers are looking positive to bring their biggies on the big screens. With 100% occupancy allowed in the theatres now, Bollywood filmmakers, distributors and exhibitors are looking more confident than ever. As a result, fans are anticipating the announcement on release dates of Bollywood biggies such as Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi, Salman Khan’s Radhe and Ranveer Singh’s 83 and Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra.

Last week we reported that the Rohit Shetty’s most awaited cop drama Sooryavanshi will release on Apr 2, 2021. Now we hear that the makers of Ranveer Singh’ 83 have also locked the release date. According to a source close to the movie, 83, will release on 4 or 11 June.

Ranveer Singh starrer was scheduled for April 2020 release but unfortunately got delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting lockdown. The movie is about Indian cricket team’s journey to the 1983 World Cup win. 83 is co-produced by Reliance Entertainment, Phantom Films, Kabir Khan, Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Sajid Nadiadwala.

Ranveer Singh plays former Indian skipper Kapil Dev while Deepika Padukone stars as Romi Bhatia, Dev’s wife. It also features  Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Harrdy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, Jiiva, Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, Nishant Dahiya, Sahil Khattar and Amrita Puri.

Other big movies of 2021

Talking about most anticipated Bollywood movies of 2021, Sooryavanshi is scheduled to release on Apr 2, 2021. Salman Khan’s Radhe will hit the big screens in May 2021 clshing with Eid weekend. Till date, there is nothing official about the release dates, the sources believe that this is the most probable release schedule. It would be interesting to see how the audience reacts to these big releases.
