Before the show ever began, Prime Video ordered season 2, and it was only halfway through production when the first season appeared in November 2021. However, the series has been delayed because it required extensive post-production work. Yet, since The Wheel of Time season 2 will debut on September 1, 2023, audiences won’t have to wait as long.

The series’ makers are keeping the plot details of the upcoming season under wraps. However, one thing is certain: The events of The Great Hunt (Book 2 of The Wheel of Time) and The Dragon Reborn (Book 3) will be adapted for The Wheel of Time season 2.
How many episodes will be there?
The second season of the popular Amazon original The Wheel of Time will have eight episodes, much like the first. Only one of the episode titles has been revealed thus far. The titles of the remaining episodes should be revealed soon. Season 2, episode 1 is titled “A Taste of Solitude,” and it was written by Amanda Kate Shuman.
