Mohenjo Daro starcast, release date : Hrithik Roshan to romance with Pooja Hegde in Ashutosh Gowarikar next period Love Story.
After super success of Jodha Akbar, Hrithik Roshan and Ashutosh Gowarikar are uniting once again for Mohenjo Daro. Mohenjo Daro will be produced by Disney India and Ashutosh Gowarikar Films. Mohenjo Daro shooting will begin in South Africa this October.
Mohenjo Daro is one of the most anticipated movies of Ashukosh Gowarikar. The director has been working on the script of the movies for last few years. This is what Ashutosh Gowarikar said regarding Mohenjo Daro – I have been working on the script for the past two years now. I am glad that finally it is happening.”
Earlier there were reports that Deepika Padukone or Sonakshi Sinha will play female lead in the movie. But as confirmed by the director himself, Pooja Hegde will be playing female lead opposite Hrithik Roshan in the movie.
Mohenjo Daro is a love story, set during the ancient Indus valley civilization. The music for the movie will be composed by none other than A.R. Rahman, who has earlier worked with Ashukosh Gowarikar in Lagaan, Swades and Jodha Akbar.
Mohenjo Daro release date : Mohenjo Daro is expected to release on 22 Jan 2016.
Ashutosh Gowarikar is well known for his movies like Lagaan, Swades and Jodha Akbar. However, his last outing Khelen Hum Jee Jaan Se with Abhshek Bachchan and Deepika Padukone bombed at Box Office. We are hoping for something on the lines of Jodha Akbar this time around.
