Jawan OTT rights: The makers of Jawan have sold the OTT rights of the movie to the streaming giant Netflix for a whopping amount.
Shah Rukh Khan is all set to make a big comeback after a long gap of four years. The superstar has three big movies lined up for release next year. Atlee’s mass action entertainer Jawan is one of them. Recently, the makers released the first look and teaser of the movie in which King Khan appeared in a never seen avatar. SRK fans are super excited for the movie. As SRK is busy shooting for Jawan in Mumbai, the makers have sold the post-theatrical streaming rights to Netflix.
As per the reports coming, Jawan’s OTT streaming rights have been sold to Netflix for a whopping Rs 120 Crore. Shah Rukh is quite confident about Jawan. Recently, he had a chat with his fans through his Instagram live feed where he spoke spills bean about his upcoming mass entertainer.
He said, “Too early to say. There is still a long way to go. There is not much I can tell you about Jawan except the fact that I am having a great time as an actor. And Atlee, the director, it is a different kind of film. Everybody has seen his work. He makes outstanding mass-oriented films, again a genre I have never done. So, I wanted to try my hands on it. And I think me and Atlee have good chemistry. I bring in some (to the film), and he brings in some. Whatever we have done of Jawan is thrilling and exciting.”

As per IMDb, Jawan also stars Nayanthara, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Yogi Babu and Sunil Grover. Reportedly, Deepika Padukone has a special cameo in the movie as well. Directed by Atlee, Jawan hit the theatres on June 2, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
