Somthing does not seem to add up as Hrithik Roshan refused to do Zoya Akhtar’s next film.
Zoya Akhtar is one of the few directors that has given us enjoyable, entertaining at the same time inspiring movies like Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Dil Dhadakne Do. Now she is all geared up for her next film but apparently, Hrithik Roshan refused to do Zoya Akhtar’s next!
This next venture of Zoya Akhtar is based on Mumbai street rappers. Ranveer Singh is said to be playing the role of a rapper in the movie and Zoya also approached her Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara actor Hrithik Roshan for another important role in the film. According to a source of DNA, “Zoya gave a script narration to Hrithik, and he loved the story. Yet, he surprisingly turned it down. In fact, another filmmaker who had approached the actor with a story is waiting to give him a narration. Hrithik has liked that story too, but hasn’t given time to the filmmaker for a narration. He has wrapped up Mohenjo Daro and the only film he is shooting for right now is Kaabil. Looks like the actor is totally immersed in his home production and will look at other projects only after he completes it.”
Could this be because he doesn’t want to do a film that involves another actor? Is her afraid to be shadowed by someone else?
