Spotted: Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut shoot for ‘Ek Dooni Do’ at Indo-China Border.
The shooting of Vishal Bhardwaj‘s ambitious project Rangoon has been going on in full scale these days and what made our day was spotting Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut shoot for ‘Ek Dooni Do’ at the Indo-China Border.
Choreographed by Farah Khan, Ek Dooni Do is a romantic number and it is a very important part of the story. The song will be set in the 40’s and will be shown in black and white. While shooting for the song, Kangana was spotted in a bob cut and dressed in a red top and a long skirt, while Shahid was seen sporting a North-Eastern attire.
Initially, the makers had sought permission to film in the valleys of Myanmar but the request was denied and they had to shift base. According to a source of Mumbai Miroor, “A recce was conducted late last year and the perfect place for filming the period drama was finalised. Shahid and Kangana landed in the state this week and were immediately mobbed by fans.”
Bhardwaj are planning to wrap up the movie by March or April since the movie requires a lot of post production work.
