The makers of all three movies have decided to make it Kaabil Vs Raees Vs Baadshaho.
26th January 2017 will mark the 68th Republic Day of India but the date is also going to mark a big fight among the Bollywood A-listers. Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil, Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees and Ajay Devgn’s Baadshaho are going to hit the theatres on the same date! So it is going to be Kaabil Vs Raees Vs Baadshaho on 26 Jan next year.
First of all, T Series announced that their upcoming film Baadshaho starring Ajay Devgn, Vidyut Jammwal and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will hit the big screen during the Republic Day 2017 weekend. Following this, Rakesh Roshan also announced that the thriller Kaabil will release in the Holiday weekend to make some benefits. And we already know that Raees has recently been pushed back to 26 January in order to avoid a clash with Salman Khan’s Sultan.
Baadshaho director Milan Lutharia says “We are on schedule and we were the first ones to announce the release date. We will not be shifting our release date.” While Rakesh Roshan, the producer of Kaabil also has something similar to say- “No one approached me, my release date was announced in February this year for 26th January 2017 and I am sticking to it. Who comes or who doesn’t is not my problem.”
