Yellowstone Season 5 Episode 7 Synopsis
The next episode is titled The Dream Is Not Me. It is directed by Stephen Kay and written by Taylor Sheridan. Here’s the official synopsis of the next episode per Rotten Tomatoes:
“John deals with a problem with his herd; Sen. Perry delivers news to Rainwater; Jamie and Sarah plan their next move; the entire Yellowstone enjoys a rare evening of fun together; Beth discusses a new business plan concerning the ranch.”
The final moments of the sixth episode indicate that John Dutton’s political future could be in real trouble.
Jamie’s hate towards his father is only growing as we see in the final moments of the sixth episode. “I swear that man could fall in a pile of cow sh-t and come up smelling like a rose. I admit, he’s hard to beat in a fair fight.,” says Jamie. To which Sarah ominously responds: “I don’t think we can let him show up to the fight, Jamie.”
So, Sarah and Jamie will play crucial roles in the upcoming episode. Sarah is doing her best to exploit Jamie and her aim is to allow Market Equities to steal much of the Dutton family’s land. However, Jamie is a tough lad and he would only be interested in this if it means that he gets more power and a Governor seat.
