Created by Wonderstorm and available on Netflix since 2018, The Dragon Prince has been one of Netflix’s greatest and best fantasy animated series targeted at kids. Five seasons of the show have aired so far, with the most recent fifth season released on Netflix on July 23, 2023.
When will The Dragon Prince Season 6 release on Netflix?
Netflix has confirmed that the sixth season will premiere in 2024. However, the exact release date hasn’t been announced yet.

Netflix made the announcement as part of Geeked Week 2023, an event showcasing more than 48 shows, movies, and games. In November 2023, at Netflix’s Geeked Week virtual event, a teaser for the sixth season was released which confirmed a 2024 release window.
How many seasons of The Dragon Prince are there?
The series is divided into two sagas, with Saga 1 named ‘The Dragon Prince Saga’ and Saga 2 titled ‘Mystery of Aaravos,’ concluding with season 6. Saga 3 will consist of a single season. It will be the seventh and final season of the series.

The sixth book’s name was unveiled at NYCC in October 2023, where a new glimpse was also shown to audiences.
‘The Dragon Prince’ has cemented its place as a beloved animated series, and viewers can look forward to its return in 2024 for the penultimate chapter of the story.
How many episodes will be there in The Dragon Prince Season 6?
The Dragon Prince seasons 6, and 7 will have nine episodes each. The total number of episodes at the end of its tun will be 63. Co-creator Aaron Ehasz confirmed in the ‘Zoom Into Xadia’ panel held at Comic-Con 2020 that Netflix gave them the entire saga for the series.
The first five seasons of The Dragon Prince are exclusively streaming on Netflix. The sixth one will premiere in 2024.
