Dangal Digital Rights: The digital rights of Aamir Khan’s Dangal has been sold to Netflix for record price of Rs 20 crore.
Even after four months of its release, Aamir Khan’s latest sports drama Dangal is creating new records. After breaking all box office records, the movie has now grabbed another huge deal. As per the reports coming, Netflix India has bought the digital rights of Dangal for a record price of Rs 20 crore. The satellite rights of Dangal were sold for Rs 75 crore to Zee Network. With the Netflix deal the non-theatrical revenue of the movie has gone over 110 crore.

Released on Christmas last year, the movie broke all office records and became the highest grossing Bollywood movie. Aamir Khan broke his own record as Dangal collected 387 crores at the domestic office beating the lifetime collection of previous best PK (340 crores).
Aamir Khan became the highest earning actor of Bollywood as he has made a profit of 175 crore from Dangal. Aamir Khan will be next seen in Thugs of Hindustan. Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Yash Raj films, the movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan. The movie is slated for release on Diwali 2018.
