1. Deepika Padukone and Lady Victoria Hervey in Gaurav Gupta
Deepika Padukone and Lady Victoria Hervey wore the same gown Gaurav Gupta gown in different colors to the Filmfare Awards 2014 and the Golden Globe awards 2014 respectively. Both these divas had side swept hair which worked out very well for both the ladies.
2. Deepika Padukone and Kate Hudson in Alexander McQueen
Deepika wore this black Alexander McQueen dress to the Star Screen Awards 2014 and Kate Hudson was also spotted in the same dress at the Golden Globe Awards 2013. Though there was a difference in the form of embellishments at the waist for Kate while DP kept it clean. Her neckline was also less plunging.
3. Deepika Padukone and Julie Marie Berman in Gaurav Gupta
Deepika Padukone looked fabulous in a red lace Gaurav Gupta gown at the GQ Awards 2012. I loved the hairdo and those red lips. Julie Marie Berman also chose the same outfit for the 40th Emmy Awards. While she did full justice to the couture piece, I somehow prefer Deepika’s look.
4. Deepika Padukone and Ashley Benson in Dolce and Gabbana
At the Vogue Beauty Awards 2012, Deepika sported this shimmering gown by Dolce and Gabbana just like Ashley Benson was the true golden girl when she stepped out for the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival. The ensemble included a ruched black chiffon strapless sweetheart bodice and a floor-length sleeve gold sequin fully embellished skirt. Both pulled off the look like pros.
5. Deepika Padukone and Zoe Saldana in Prabal Gurung
Deepika Padukone was all-out breathtaking in a black Prabal Gurung gown with sheer cutouts at the 58th Filmfare Awards. But we can’t deny Zoe Saldana’s sexiness in the same outfit for the 2012 CFDA Fashion Awards. Though this could have been a show stealer if worn to an after-party.
