Well, the above sounds quite paradoxical. Some ruckus over social media came early this morning when Priyanka Chopra twitted about Sunny Leone and herself. The tweet quoted “I love how things r sensationalised out of context! Standing and taking pics with @SunnyLeone makes me look bad cause she is stunning! Lol!”. This doesn’t seem out of the blue but a prodigy which we are witnessing for past few months.
Flashback: As per the sources and few websites quotes that when Sunny visited her hometown Los Angeles she found a plethora of Quantico posters and trailers and how PeeCee has made a mark in Hollywood which amazed her so she twitted to congratulate the Quantico’s FBI agent. She twitted as “@priyankachopra omg just got back to LA and you are everywhere I am driving! You get it, girl!! #proudindian.” The ‘proud Indian’ hashtag triggered some troll as someone asked her since when did she become a “proud Indian”. To this Sunny not so benignly replied, “@sidastrous @priyankachopra lol when as an American I see an Indian woman on billboards who had crossed over to the American market!!” Well, this couldn’t go ignored to which Priyanka twitted, “U did it in my country and I did in urs!! LoL #GlobalCitizens @SunnyLeone”. Since then we have seen some intriguing and unusual exchange of words over the social net.
Priyanka is nowadays busy with promotions of Quantico, an American thriller series depicting a protagonist Alex Parish which has turned out to be a talk of the serial lovers. She also has a new project Prakash Jha’s Jai Gangajal for which the trailer is out. Sunny Leone, however, is busy with an adult comedy project Mastizaade by Milap Zaveri which is also queued for release. The duo was seen recently together posing at the Sony Guild Awards 2015 as reported.
Be it a path for budding friendship or a nimble war of words, the celebs are always spotted and falls into media cult. However, in time to come, we will witness such events but the efforts of these actors sweep us off our feet when they put in the real hard work. These two divas are so different in a genre that it won’t be a justice to compare them at any stage of their work.
