As always Aamir Khan is leaving no stone unturned to perfect his character for upcoming movie. The actor is doing a lots of preparations for his upcoming Dangal where he will play the role of a wrestler. The actor himself has revealed that he has buffed up to 90 kilos in order to look authentic for the movie.
Besides gaining 22 kilos, Mr. Perfectionist has turned vegetarian and learning Haryanvi for the film. “You can see that the preparation is on for ‘Dangal’. The film is going on floor in next few months but we have not blocked the dates. The casting is still on. I am learning wrestling and learning Haryanvi,” Aamir said during the DVD launch of his last film “PK” here on Wednesday.”I am a vegetarian now. I can’t even eat eggs… I am 90 kilos now. I used to weighed 68 kilos at the time of shooting ‘PK’,” he added.
Dangal is based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Phogat and his daughters – Geeta, Babita and Sangita. Mahavir along with Geeta and Babita also made an appearance on one of the episodes of Aamir’s Satyamev Jayate. The movie is directed by Nitesh Tiwari who has earlier worked with Amitabh Bachchan in Bhoothnath Returns. The movie is expected to go on floors in May 2015.
