Wednesday has been described as a unique blend of fantasy-horror-mystery-comedy – yet it is first and foremost a coming-of-age drama. The series explores the titular character’s period as a student at the Nevermore Academy in the little town of Jericho, where she has friends and foes!

In addition to navigating brand-new, complicated relationships and getting to grips with her developing psychic gift, she must stop a horrific killing spree that has scared the nearby school. As if that weren’t enough, Wednesday also has to uncover the otherworldly mystery that engulfed her parents 25 years ago.

Alfred Gough and Miles Millar are the co-showrunners, writers and executive producers.
