Vikram Vedha has collected around Rs 3 Crore in the advances for the first day and around Rs 5 Crore for the opening day.
Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan’s thriller drama Vikram Vedha, directed by Pushkar and Gayatri is finally hitting the theatres on Sep 30. There is a lot of excitement around the movie thanks to the incredible trailer and the return of Hrithik Roshan to the big screen after a gap of three years.
Despite the good pre-release buzz, the advances for Hrithik-Saif aren’t satisfactory, to say the least. As per the latest reports, Vikram Vedha has collected around Rs 3 Crore in the advances for the first day and around Rs 5 Crore for the opening day.

Compared to the Bollywood movies of 2022, this is the third highest number after Brahmastra Part 1: Shiva and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. The three national multiplexes sold around 60 thousand tickets for the opening day.

Vikram Vedha Day 1 Box Office Collection Prediction
60K tickets for an opening day is a poor number considering the star value of the movie. Moreover, the advances are lower than Laal Singh Chaddha which collected Rs 11.7 Crore on its opening day.
Does that mean Vikram Vedha’s opening day numbers would be around Rs 12 Crore? Well, we don’t think so.
Vikram Vedha is a mass entertainer targeting tier-2 cities and mass centres. The opening day numbers depend on spot booking. Hrithik Roshan starrer is expected to earn big in mass centres and single screens.
We are expecting Vikram Vedha’s opening day collection to be around Rs 15-16 Crore. It will be the second or third highest Bollywood opener of 2022 based on how well it performs in mass centres.
The early reviews are superb and one can expect the movie to witness good growth over the weekend.
