The Santa Clauses is an American Christmas comedy series based on the The Santa Clauses film series. Created by Jack Burditt, the series debuted on Disney+ on November 16, 2022. The television series centers on Scott Calvin and his family as they live with the elves and spread the joy of Christmas over the entire world. It is set after the events of the Santa Claus movie trilogy.
In season one, Tim Allen decides to step down from the role of “Santa” and find a new one. However, at the end of the first season, Scott was unable to identify someone deserving of the title of “Santa.” But this time, Scott is committed to turning his son Cal into the ideal replacement for Santa.

Jingle bells! Santa Claus is on the way! The first two episodes of season 2 of Disney+’s original series The Santa Clause will officially debut on the streaming service on Wednesday, November 8 with new episodes dropping weekly.

What will be the plot of The Santa Clauses Season 2?
After failing to identify a legitimate successor in the first season of the show, Scott Calvin is the center of the second season as he trains his son Cal to become Santa Claus. Much to Scott’s relief, it introduces the “Kribble Krabble Clause,” which permits Elves to take time off for a special holiday so he can concentrate on preparing his son Cal.
“In the series’ sophomore season, the Calvin family is back at the North Pole, as Scott Calvin (Tim Allen) continues his role as Santa Claus after his retirement plans were thwarted when he failed to find a worthy successor in season one,” reads the new season’s synopsis. “Now that Scott and his family have successfully saved Christmas, Scott turns his focus towards training his son Cal (Austin Kane) to eventually take over the ‘family business’ as Santa Claus.”
