The teaser of Om Puri’s next film ‘Project Marathawada’ is out now.
Project Marathawada captures the painful sentiments of the poverty stricken farmer families and shows the extent to which these people are forced to budge. Producer Prakash Patel and Director Bhavin Wadia have come together to make this movie.
The film revolves around the life of a Marathwada-based farmer named Tukaram portrayed by veteran actor Om Puri, who is in a lot of debt. After his son commits suicide, he reaches Mumbai with high hopes of seeking help from the government and somehow hoping to overcome his distress. The film also stars Govind Namdeo, Dalip Tahil, Kunal Seth, Seema Biswas, Rahul Patel, and Farrah Kader.
