The third episode of Marvel’s new superhero series Ms. Marvel will also drop on June 22, 2022. The show follows Kamala Khan, a Muslim American teenager and superhero superfan growing up in Jersey City whose whole world changes when she gets superpowers. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

Platform: Disney Plus

The first Marvel release of the year, Doctor Strange 2, launched in theatres on May 6, 2022. It will debut on Disney Plus on June 22, 2022.

Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 6

The sixth (final) episode of will premiere on June 22. It has been Disney+’s flagship series since last month. Featuring Ewan McGregor as the title character, reprising his role from the Star Wars prequel trilogy, Obi-Wan Kenobi is set 10 years after the events of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005).

Love & Gelato

Platform: Netflix

Another novel adaptation on Netflix. Love & Gelato is a romantic movie based on the 2016 New York Times bestseller of the same name by Jenna Evans Welch. It star Susanna Skaggs, Owen McDonnell, Anjelika Washington, Alex Boniello, and Valentina Lodovini.

The story follows Lina (Skaggs), a young woman who is set to start college in the fall. But her mother is dying and it’s one of her final wishes for Lina to visit Italy the summer before she starts school. She wants her daughter to get to know the father she never knew.
