Created by Peter Ocko, Moonhaven is a dystopic sci-fi thriller. The story of Moonhaven takes place 100 years ahead of time. The plot focuses on Bella Sway, a lunar cargo pilot and smuggler 100 years in the future who finds herself accused of a crime and isolated on Moonhaven, a utopian moon colony to find solutions to the problems that will soon end civilization on Earth.
Bella is stunk into a conspiracy to gain control of the artificial intelligence responsible for Moonhaven’s miracles. She teams with a local detective to stop the forces that want to destroy Earth. The first season of the sci-fi thriller began with murder on Moonhaven. This serves as a threat to earth and that needs Bella to get in action and eventually the thrill begins.
Will there be Moonhaven Season 2 on AMC+?
The first season of Moonhaven wrapped up on AMC+ on August 4, 2022. On July 28, 2022, AMC+ renewed the series for a second season.

When will Monhaven Season 2 be on AMC+?
The series was greenlit on May 11, 2022, and debuted on AMC+ on July 7, 2022. It took more than a year for the team of Moonhaven to bring the first season on AMC+. Considering that the production unit requires around a year to return, we can’t expect Moonhaven Season 2 before June or July 2023.

The cast for Moonhaven will have most of the characters coming back to reprise their role. As such we expect you to see Emma McDonald, and Dominic Monaghan. Further, we are also to have Amara Karan, Ayelet Zurer, Joe Manganiello, Kadeem Hardison, and Yazzmin Newell. We might have some new faces in the second season as well.

He also said that the upcoming season is going to thrill the viewers. The last episode of Moonhaven season 1 showed Truelune being tested to its extreme level. Hopefully, that can be in the plot of next season as well. Meanwhile, there might be some more twists and turns in the story as well.
