From Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’ to SRK’s ‘Jawan’, Indian movies to cross Rs 500 Crore mark in 2023.
Ranbir Kapoor’s latest release, Animal, is having a glorious run at the box office. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directional is rewriting box office history. Since its release on December 1, 2023, the movie is on a record-breaking streak. Also starring Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Tripti Dimri, and Rahmika, Animal has crossed the Rs 500 Crore mark at the box office, and that too in a record time of just six days.
In India, Animal has collected Rs 278.46 Crore from the Hindi version. With Rs 36.04 Crore coming from South Indian languages, the total nett collection of Animal in India stands at Rs 314.5 Crore. The gross worldwide collection of the Ranbir Kapoor starrer is Rs 527.52.

Superstar Rajinikanth’s mass thriller ‘Jailer’ received good reviews. It had collected Rs 343.47 Crore in India and Rs 650 Crore worldwide.
Leo
Thalapathy Vijay’s action thriller ‘Leo’ received mixed response. However, it still managed to collect Rs 340 Crore in India and crossed the Rs 600 Crore mark worldwide.
