Beast Of Bangalore Release Date on Netflix
The fourth instalment in the Indian Predator series will debut on Dec 16, 2022. Like the previous three chapters, the upcoming chapter also has just three episodes. So, get ready for a horrifying three-hour experience as all episodes will be dropped at once.

Indian Predator: Beast Of Bangalore Real Story
Based on Umesh Reddy- A cop turned serial killer and rapist
Netflix summary of the new chapter reads:
“A vicious predator’s brutal — and murderous — pursuit of women sends a faltering police force on a wild hunt, while a state reels in terror.”
While tweeting about the series, Netflix wrote: “The story of a time when people were afraid of their own shadows because there was a beast lurking in them”
The upcoming chapter, set in Bengaluru will focus on another serial killer’s horrifying murders. As per reports, it tells the story of Umesh Reddy, also known as BA Umesh who is a sinister man, who murdered 18 women and raped over 20 others. He was even charged with necrophilia. According to police authorities, he committed far more rapes, which went unreported.
He was known as the “Beast of Bangalore” because he terrorized the city by killing ladies in broad daylight. BA Umesh alias Umesh Reddy was a former cop, who raped and murdered several women and managed to evade the police five times. He used to target single women, widows and housewives.
Umesh Reddy was born BA Umesh in 1969, in Basappa Malige, a village in Chitradurga district, Karnataka. After being selected in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), he was posted in Jammu and Kashmir. While on duty as a guard at the house of a commandant, he attempted to rape the commandant’s daughter. In 1996, he managed to join the District Armed Reserve (DAR) Police, who were not aware of his background in CRPF.
Crime history
Reddy carefully selected his victims. He usually targeted housewives in broad daylight, when there would be no men at home. He would gain entry into the victims’ house on the pretext of asking for water or an address.
On Dec 6, 1996, Reddy allegedly raped and murdered 16-year old Roopa. In 1997, He killed an income tax officer’s wife in Bangalore, a girl in Ahmedabad, two girls in Baroda and a widow in Kunigal.
On 28 February 1998, Reddy raped and murdered 37-year-old widow Jayashree Maradi Subbaiah in Peenya.
Reddy was tried and convicted in 9 cases, including rape of Jayashree Subbaiah. He was acquitted in 11 cases due to lack of sufficient evidence. Reddy has been sentenced to death by the Supreme Court of India, and is currently on death row.

The Beast of Bangalore trailer, released by Netflix, shows a woman brutally murdered by an unidentified man. Even police officials are stunned by his icy-cold and horrible method of carrying out the crime. The trailer also shows the woman’s son, who discovered her body and suffered unimaginable trauma. The trailer takes things a step further by giving us a glimpse of those involved in the investigation process and the terrified ladies of Bangalore.

The trailer for Beast Of Bangalore suggests is going to be the most horrifying chapter of the Indian Predator series. Because it is set in Karnataka, the police investigators, eyewitnesses, and other interviewees mostly speak Kannada. However, the show will be available in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu dubbed versions.
