If reports are to be believed than Akshay Kumar will be trying his hand at rapping in his upcoming movie Housefull 4, which is being directed by Farhad Samji.
Akshay Kumar is one of the most versatile as well as the most entertaining star of Bollywood. He is a show-maker, he knows how to win the hearts of his fans. And yet again, he is all set to win the hearts of his millions of fans not only by his phenomenal acting but also by his ‘rapping’ skills.
Yes, you read that right, Akshay Kumar is all set to become a rapper for Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull 4 and we are very excited.
According to the latest reports by leading mid-day, Farhad Samji, who is the director of Housefull 4, is the man who convinced Akshay Kumar to rap for the title track of the movie.
A source close to the development revealed:
“Farhad Samji, who was one of the directors of Its Entertainment, had convinced Akshay to croon the title track for the comedy. This time too, it was his idea that Akki explores his rapping skills. While producer Sajid Nadiadwala jumped at the idea, the producer-director duo then convinced their leading man to give his nod. The Tanishk Bagchi composition is yet to be recorded. The makers are yet to decide if it should be a solo track or one that sees him croon alongside Mika Singh.”
Acting, performing stunts, dancing, comedy, and now rapping as well, is there anything which our ‘Khiladi’ Kumar can’t do?
Talking about the movie, Housefull 4 also stars Kriti Sanon, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Kharbanda, Rana Dagubatti, and Pooja Hegde.
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, this mega-budget comedy film will hit the big screens on 25 Oct 2019. It will clash with Taapsee and Bhumi starrer Saand Ki Aankh.
