Jolly LLB 2 has went on floors and the cast of the movie has started shooting for the movie. Akshay Kumar has replaced Arshad Warsi as the lead lawyer in the movie. Here is the first look of Jolly LLB 2 shared by Saurabh Shukla–

Reportedly, Akshay Kumar’s character in Jolly LLB 2 will be inspired by a real-life lawyer named Jagdish Mishra from Kanpur. The movie will revolve around the journey of this lawyer from being an underdog to winning one of the high profile cases. Annu Kapoor plays the rival lawyer whereas like the prequel, Saurabh Shukla will be playing the role of a judge. Huma Qureshi is said to be chosen to play Akshay’s leading lady in the film but nothing is official as of yet.
Akshay Kumar has allotted around 45 days for the complete shoot of the movie. The first and the longest schedule of the movie will start rolling from 15 Aug 2016 in Lucknow. Reportedly, the Lucknow schedule will last for around 25 days. After the Lucknow schedule, the team will move to Varanasi for 4 to 5 days. After Varanasi, the team will move to Kashmir for the final schedule of the movie. The movie is expected to release next year.
