SEAL Team is a popular American military drama TV series created by Benjamin Cavell. The series is produced by CBS Studios and began airing on CBS on September 27, 2017.
The series has constantly offered plenty of action. It revolves around the personal lives and missions of an elite unit of United States Navy SEALs.
SEAL Team has been quite successful for CBS and Paramount+. It originally debuted on CBS in 2017 but was moved to Paramount+ after Season 4.
The critically acclaimed military thriller series, which follows an elite squad of US Navy SEALs, has had audiences hooked to their screens. When Is SEAL Team Season 7 Releasing?
In November 2023, it was announced that the upcoming season would be the show’s last. A SEAL Team movie was also planned, but it is no longer in the works following the show’s cancellation.

The show’s seventh season was ordered in January 2023, and even though a precise air date hasn’t been revealed, it was anticipated to premiere in the fall of 2023. However, that does not seem to be the case now.
Like numerous other projects, SEAL Team had to delay its production for the upcoming season due to the actors’ strike that came to an end in November.
Deadline recently confirmed that production would begin in December 2023 and that the series will premiere sometime in 2024.
If filming does begin in December 2023, the earliest we can expect Season 7 to see is in April 2024.
What Will Happen in SEAL Team Season 7?
The final episode of Season 6 offered some closure regarding the death of Clay. Though Bravo failed to make it to his funeral, they did visit his headstone and pay their final respects.
Moreover, during a medal ceremony, a deeply emotional moment unfolded when Jason revealed to all present that he bears a severe brain injury, and this condition make him feel responsible for Clay’s death. This pivotal moment hinted at the potential development of a significant storyline in Season 7.
Showrunner Spencer Hudnut talked with TV Insider about how Jason could be affected in Season 7, teasing that the Master Chief may even be forced to step down and never run another operation ever again:
[Jason] knows the conquequences of this situation, and I think he’s, for the first time, really comfortable with the idea that maybe he won’t operate again.
In Season 7, the entire series will likely tie up loose ends. ‘SEAL Team’ has a knack for solving problems in its earlier seasons, so wrapping up the show in Season 7 should leave viewers feeling satisfied once it’s all over.
Who is the cast of SEAL Team Season 7?
Max Thieriot, who was killed off during the sixth season, is the only member of the cast from that season who is certain not to return. The rest of the following cast is expected to return for SEAL Team Season 7.

Knapp will play Drew Franklin, a Chief Petty Officer with a checkered history at Command whose placement on Bravo Team is a sign of their problem-child status in the eyes of the DEVGRU powers that be.

How many episodes will season 7 contain?
It’s expected that Season 7 will have 10 episodes, just like Season 6. Previous seasons on the show on CBS ranged from 16 to 22 episodes, but after ‘SEAL Team’ moved to Paramount+, the number of episodes gradually decreased.
