The second season of Amazon Prime Video’s popular web series Panchayat is set to premiere on May 20, 2022. However, in a dramatic turn of events, the most awaited Hindi web series of 2022 Panchayat Season 2 gets leaked on piracy sites two days ahead of its official premiere. Starring Jeetendra Kumar, Raghuveer Yadav and Neena Gupta in lead roles, Panchayat Season 2 was scheduled to release on Amazon Prime Video on May 20, 2022.
As per some reports, Prime Video mistakenly uploaded the upcoming season. Before the streaming giant realized and removed the content, it was too late. The piracy websites were quick at work. After the leak came to light, the producers took restorative steps to remove the new episodes from the sites indulged in piracy.
However, it was too late as the second season gets leaked on numerous piracy sites and Telegram channels. As things stand at this time, Panchayat Season 2 is available for free download on many notorious piracy sites like Movierulz, Filmyzilla, and Filmywap. Not only piracy sites but several Telegram channels have also leaked the HD print of the show.
Since there was no way to stop the piracy, Amazon Prime Video dropped the second season of Panchayat on May 18, 2022, two days ahead of its scheduled release date. This will minimize the loss and ensure that the show gets maximum viewership on the official platform.
