October trailer review: The trailer of Shoojit Sircar’s October is out now and it looks damn intriguing.
Shoojit Sarcar’s October will be releasing in April! Confused? October is the name of Shoojit’s next film which will be releasing in the month of April this year. The film was in the news for the casting hottie Banita Sandhu opposite Varun Dhawan. The two make a sweet pair and now we have the trailer of the film being released today. The trailers give us a sneak peak into the lives of Shiuli and Dan who are students in the hospitality sector and later become employed but a strange unexpected event turns their lives upside down. The trailer shows beautiful locales where the story is set. And we can’t help adoring Varun Dhawan in what seems to be another big film for him.
Banita Sandhu, who was noticed in few ad films, is making her debut with this film opposite Varun while Shoojit Sarcar directs it. The script is written by Juhi Chaturvedi. Banita has been a popular face in the modelling industry and now she is venturing into acting. From the trailer, it seems that Varun and Banita are totally comfortable in their roles and the movie looks fresh. The hilly set up of the story is intriguing and also the title October imparts an autumn like theme to the film. The introductory lines read- This is not a love story but a story about love. That’s interesting.
Banita hails from UK but has her roots in Punjab. She is barley 18 years of age and has very sharp features and expressive eyes. It is rumoured that the film has kiss scenes between the two leading actors, though from the trailers, it doesn’t seem to be an ordinary love story. Surely as the label of Shoojit Sarcar is attached to the film, it will get the attention it deserves and we can’t wait to see the fresh star cast on the screen.
