The makers of Mirzapur have announced the trailer release date of its second season. In a story on their official Instagram account, the makers revealed that the trailer of the second season will be released on October 6. The caption reads, “Kahe They Na, Ab Intezar Worth It Hoga.”

After the grand success of the first season, the fans were eagerly waiting for the second season of Mirzapur. Scheduled for release on Oct 23, Mirzapur has achieved cult status in the last two years.
The crime-drama show revolves around drugs, guns, murders, and lawlessness. It depicts the rule of mafia dons and the rivalry and crime prevailing in the Purvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh.
Mirzapur stars Pankaj Tripathi in a leading role of a Mirzapur don named Kaleen Bhaiya. Ali Fazal and Vikrant Massey played the roles of Guddu and Bablu Pandit. Divyendu Sharma plays Munna, Kaleen Bhaiya’s son from his first wife.
On Saturday, the makers released a new teaser in which Shweta Tripathi (Golu) remembers her partner Bablu (Vikrant Massey) who was killed by Munna (Divyendu Sharma) in the last season.
In the video, Golu is hearing the voice of Bablu as he says, “Ye khun ka daag hai, Golu. Ek baar laga to chutega nai”. Golu responds, “Lag jaaye, humein koi parwaah nahi”. Watch the video here:
