Filming for Season 4 To Begin In January
Netflix announced in January 2022 that, in addition to a season 3 renewal, fans would also receive a season 4. However, Season 4 of Emily in Paris has been delayed due to the writer and actor strikes earlier this year. The show was originally scheduled to begin filming in the summer of 2023, but the prolonged WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes caused a roadblock in the filming schedule.
According to a Variety report from November 2023, Season 4 of the Netflix drama is set to start filming in early January in Paris and Italy, with production running for about five months.
Additionally, director Andrew Fleming of Emily in Paris just posted a picture to his personal Instagram account with the caption “On y va! “Saison Quatre of Emily!” with the Eiffel Tower in the backdrop and a script for Season 4 visible. The caption translates to “Let’s go! Season 4 of Emily,” implying that the show’s fourth season will soon begin filming.
When Will Emily in Paris Season 4 Premiere?
Given the information we have about filming, we can make a good guess about the premiere date of the upcoming season.
Season 2 was filmed from May to July 2021 and then released five months later in December of the same year.
