Control Z is a Mexican thriller drama series that debuted on Netflix on May 22, 2020. Soon after the first season, Netflix renewed the series for a second season that arrived on Aug 4, 2021. The exciting second season paved way for another season. Now, after a year, the third and final season of the Spanish thriller is coming on the streaming service. When will Control Z Season 3 release?
On April 28, 2022, Netflix’s Latin American account shared a release date for the third and final season. Season 3 of the Spanish crime thriller will premiere on Netflix on July 6, 2022.

What will be the plot of the third season?
Before discussing the plot of the upcoming season, let’s discuss the show. Control Z is a teen thriller drama. The first season of the series revolves around a hacker who begins releasing students’ secrets to the entire high school. The socially introverted teenager, Sofía Herrera, uncovers the identity of the hacker.
The second season had a different storyline. It revolves around the hacker who wanted to get revenge for Luis (Hacker in the first season). In the season 2 finale, Sofía, Javier, Raúl, María, Claudia, and Susana tussle over the money bag, ending with Susana falling off the roof as she appears to be dying, along with the bag.
Witnessing this, Pablo clutches up the money and runs away. Javier, Alex, Gerry, and Claudia look in horror, while Sofía, Raúl, and María don’t show any emotion as they stand over the roof’s edge looking at Susana’s lifeless corpse.
Netflix has shared information about what to expect from the final season: Here’s the summary:
“Immediately after Susana’s accidental death, the group makes a pact to keep their involvement a secret and never speak of it again. 15 months later, the group is about to graduate and achieve their dreams. Everything is looking good for them until @todostussecretos reactivates and threatens to take away what they love most: their bright and shiny future. Once again, it’s up to Sofia to find out who’s behind this new threat before it’s too late.”

Control Z Season 3 Cast: Who is returning?
Netflix has confirmed that Ana Valeria Becerril, Ana Sofía Gatica, Michael Ronda, Andrés Baida, Macarena García, Rodrigo Cachero and Patricio Gallardo will return for the next season.

Like the previous two seasons, the third season also has 8 episodes. All episodes will be dropped at once on July 6.
