Akshay Kumar and Ileana D’Cruz starrer Rustom is unstoppable at the domestic Box Office. After a superb opening weekend (extended) with the collection of 68.23 crores, the movie is maintaining a strong hold on the weekdays. After a good Tuesday with the collection of 7.67 crores, the movie sustained well on Wednesday as well. As per the official numbers shared, Rustom 6th day collection is 6.38 crores.

With the collection of 6.38 crores on Wednesday, Rustom now stands at the total collection of 82.28 crores. In just 6 days of its release, Rustom has beaten the lifetime collection of Baaghi, Kapoor & Sons, Neerja to become the fifth highest grosser of 2016. It will beat the lifetime collection of Fan (85 crores) today.
Things are looking good for Rustom as it is still running successfully in most parts of the country. The other release Mohenjo Daro has crashed down and Rustom now remains the only choice for moviegoers. Rustom will beat Airlift today, to become the highest opening week grosser for Akshay Kumar.
Rustom is on its way to become the fastest 100 crores grosser for Akshay Kumar. Currently, Airlift holds this record with 10 days. Trade analysts have the opinion that Rustom has a solid chance to beat Rowdy Rathore and Airlift to become Akshay Kumar’s highest grosser ever.
