Incredible growth over the first weekend
Despite the low pre-release buzz, the movie got off to a very good opening at the box office. It earned 7.53 crores on Friday which is a very good number considering the genre of the movie. On Saturday, the movie witnessed huge 50% growth. It surprised everyone with the collection of 11.3 crores on Saturday.
Backed by good reviews and positive WOM, the movie saw sustainable growth on Sunday. As per early estimates, it earned around 13 crores on its third day. Thus, the total first-weekend collection of Raazi stands at around 30 crores.
Raazi first weekend collection and way ahead
The total budget of the movie is around 20 crores. With 32 crores in the pocket, the movie is already a big hit at the box office. It is expected to remain stable over the weekdays. We are expecting it to cross the 50 crores mark in the first weekend. The lifetime number will depend on how much will it survive in the second week. Another feather in the cap for Alia. She continues to win hearts.
