Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor starrer Befikre had a decent opening weekend at the domestic Box Office. Despite receiving mixed reviews, the movie managed to witness some growth over the weekend. The movie performed exceptionally well in high-end metros and multiplexes like Delhi/NCR, Mumbai and Banglore. Let’s have a detailed look at the Befikre first weekend Box Office report.
Befikre 3rd Day Collection: Occupancy Report
On its third day, the movie opened to occupancy of around 40% in the morning shows which was almost same as the first two days. Like the first two days, the movie performed well in metros cities like Delhi, Gurgaon and East Punjab. Gujarat and Maharastra remained strong like the first two days. In mass centres, the movie remained low as the content is bold and urban-centric.
In the evening and nights shows, the movie failed to witness huge growth as the movie is youth centric and tomorrow is a working day. Overall, the movie witnessed a growth of around 8% compared to the occupancy on the first day. As per official figures shared by Taran Adarsh, Befikre 3rd day collection is 12.4 crores.

Befikre First Weekend Collection: Way Ahead
As reported earlier , Befikre is a safe bet for the makers. Made on a budget of 70 crores, the movie has already recovered around 36 crores through satellite, music and digital rights. With the opening weekend collection of 34.36 crores, the movie has taken a decent start at the Box Office. However, the trend is not there as the growth over the weekend is not up to the mark. It is almost certain that the movie will witness huge drop on weekdays. Today is a holiday for Eid Milād-un-Nabī so the collections will have a better hold.
