Carrying a lots of expectations on its shoulders, Aashiqui 2 has finally released today. As expected the movie has opened to a great response at Indian Box office.
Released on around 3000 screens, Aashiqui 2 has got a superb start all over the country. The movie has registered good occupancy both in Multiplexes as well as single screens. Most of the morning shows were housefull and the response went stronger with each show. However the reviews are mixed from critics with ratings ranging from 2 to 4, but the audience has loved the movie.
As per early estimations first day collections of Aashiqui 2 would be around 7 crores, which is good considering that it has no big stars and it has a stiff competition with Iron Man 3.
Produced by T-Series and directed by Mohit Suri this sensible love story is made with a budget of around 15 crores. The kind of start that it has got at Box office, this one is a sure hit.
