After a good opening day with the collection of 10.36 crores, Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor’s Befikre started the second day on a positive note. As per the reports coming, the movie managed to remain stable in the morning shows with the occupancy in the same range as yesterday. Befikre 2nd Day Collection: Occupancy Report
On its second day, the movie opened to occupancy of around 40% in the morning shows which is almost same as yesterday. It has grown in places like Delhi, Gurgaon and East Punjab. Gujarat and Maharashtra centres are still strong due to the fan following created by Ranveer due to his previous movies Ram-Leela and Bajirao Mastani. As expected, single screens and mass centres remained low. The movie witnessed some drop in mass centres of central India.
The movie remained stable in the noon shows with the average occupancy was around 45%. Befikre witnessed superb growth in the evening and night shows. The overall occupancy on the second day was around 55%. The movie is performing exceptionally well in high-end metros and multiplexes.
Befikre 2nd Day Collection: Early Estimates
As per the official numbers shared by Taran Adarsh, Befikre witnessed a growth of around 13% on its second day. Befikre collected 11.6 crores on Saturday to take its total collection to 21.96 crores.
As reported yesterday, Befikre is a safe bet for the makers. Made on a budget of 70 crores, the movie has already recovered around 36 crores through satellite, music and digital rights. The opening weekend business will be crucial for this Aditya Chopra film. Befikre is an important film for Ranveer Kapoor and a good opening is certainly a big boost for him.
