Like the last two seasons, You season 3 also has 10 episodes. Since Gamble shared the script of the final episode, we can assume that the production is going in full swing and will wrap up soon.

Filming for You season 3 started in Feb 2020. However, the production was soon put to a halt due to the pandemic. The production resumed in November 2020 and continued till Dec 31, 2020, when the filming had to be suspended due to a surge in Covid-19 cases. The production resumed in Feb 2021 and is going at a good pace.

Penn Badgley, Victoria Pedretti and Saffron Burrows will reprise their roles. Shalita Grant, Travis Van Winkle, Dylan Arnold, and Tati Gabrielle are the new cast members for the forthcoming season.

You season 3 release date on Netflix

Considering that the filming is wrapping up in April, we have to wait around six months for season three to arrive on Netflix. Most of the shows take around six months after the season wraps production until the new season is released.

You season 3 will likely hit Netflix in October or November 2021. This is the best release date we are expecting at the moment. Dec 21 release looks less realistic as Netflix have a plethora of new shows and movies coming around Christmas.
