Why is ‘Hero’ a perfect debut for Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty?

Jackie Shroff started off his career with ‘Hero’ in 1983 and now in 2015 two star kids- Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty are going to make their debut in Bollywood with ‘Hero’, the official remake of Jackie Shroff’s ‘Hero’. The original ‘Hero’ was an instant hit despite of its simple story. This does bring a feeling of déjà vu as we are expecting something like that with the new ‘Hero’. Will ‘Hero’ make it big at the Box office? Why is ‘Hero‘ a perfect debut for Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty?

1. The Trailer
The official trailer of ‘Hero’ was released about a month ago and it has reached more than 3 million likes so far. Obviously, it has impressed the audience. Sooraj and Athiya both look good together and seem to have a good chemistry. There’s a lot of action involved. Overall, the trailer creates a very good image of the movie.

2. The Story

Hero is the story of a criminal transforming and evolving into a good person after falling in love. In the original Hero, Jackie (also the main character’s name) kidnaps the police commissioner’s daughter Radha just to take revenge and eventually they fall for each other leading to an interesting twist in story. Interestingly, Sooraj Pancholi’s character is also named Sooraj in the movie. Déjà vu anyone?

3. The Mentor

Hero is the second movie produced by Salman Khan’s home production and he is the one who decided to give a big break to these two star kids. Surely, he must have seen something in Sooraj and Athiya, he personally guided them throughout the shoot. The first trailer of ‘Hero’ was attached to Bajrangi Bhaijaan. He sang the amazing song Main Hoon Hero Tera for ‘Hero’. Not only this, he will also be seen in a cameo role in ‘Hero’. What more can they ask for?

4. The Already Hit Music
A big part of the success of original Hero was the hit music with evergreen songs like Lambi Judaai. The music of new ‘Hero’ is already out and is receiving a very good response. Main Hoon Hero Tera has already become a hot favourite, thanks to Salman Khan. Other songs are also being very well received. ‘Hero’ is one step closer to being a big hit!

5. Full of Action & Romance
As the story dictates, one can expect to see a lot of romance in the movie. Also the trailer suggests that there will be some hardcore action in the movie as well! Sooraj Pancholi has taken special training in mixed martial arts before making his debut. Well it will all be worth now.

We can say that ‘Hero’ will be a masala-movie packed with all the right ingredients to become a hit!
