The sequel of 1997 blockbuster Judwaa starring Salman Khan has been announced and it will be titled as Judwaa 2.
David Dhawan got a big hit in the form of Judwaa back in the 90’s and now his son Varun Dhawan is all set to fill Salman Khan’s shoes in the sequel of the movie. That’s right, Varun will be seen playing the epic double role in Judwaa 2 that gave Salman Khan a lot of attention.

This will be the second time the father-son duo will be working together as actor-director after Main Hoon Hero Tera. In-fact, the pre-production work is already in full swing. A major Hollywood studio and Director of Photography along with action-coordinator Spiro Razatos of Fast & Furious 6 fame, have already done a test shoot for the film. A skydiving action sequence, using a stand-in artiste to depict a double role was also shot.
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Judwaa 2 is expected to go on floors some time this year. The names of the leading ladies is yet to be announced.
