1. Anu Malik has been hospitalized
Earlier this week, Anu Malik was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai to undergo surgery for acute pancreatitis, and he is now currently in the hospital recovering from his procedure, although he is still in the ICU. His daughter Anmol Malik talked about his condition to IANS saying “My dad was hospitalised on Tuesday and he underwent a surgery for acute pancreatitis on Friday. He was in lot of pain and he in ICU, under observation right now. There is nothing to worry…he is recovering and we are hoping he will get discharged by Thursday.”
2. Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh are going to reunite
According to a report of DNA, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor are reuniting for a web-series that will be created by Y-Films. The production house has been churning out some fantastic content as part of their various web shows, and this sounds like it’s all set to be another great one. It will also star a ‘hot Bollywood actress’ and is said to be a romantic-action-drama series.
3. Deepika Padukone pays a visit to Ranveer Singh in Paris
Deepika Padukone paid a hush-hush visit to her beau Ranveer Singh in Paris after completing the shoot of her Hollywood debut xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage. Ranveer is shooting for Befikre in the city and they spent quite some time with each other in the city of love both on and off sets.
4. Javed Akhtar disses Tanmay Bhatt for spoofing Lata Mangeshkar
Javed Akhtar is not at all happy with AIB’s Tanmay Bhatt for spoofing the legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar in a video. He lashed out at Tanmay by saying “This chap has the mind of a cockroach. Humour is something we all appreciate. But what is funny about ridiculing Lataji? The video is cheap and unworthy of getting any attention. The chap had not bargained for the backlash. Since he had gotten away with so much crassness in the past he thought he would get away this time. But there are celebrities. And then there is Lata Mangeshkar. You can’t get away with ridiculing her.”
5. Kanan Gill to make his debut opposite Sonakshi Sinha
The comedian Kanan Gill who became famous from Pretentious Reviews is now all set to make his debut in Bollywood. And if the reports doing the round in B-Town are to believed, he will be debuting opposite Sonakshi Sinha. Lucky man!
6. Kareena Kapoor Khan may be pregnant!
All week long we have been listening rumors about how Kareena Kapoor Khan may soon become a mommy! Apparently, this is the reason why they went to London and the couple even visited a pre-natal clinic there. When Kareena’s father Randhir Kapoor asked to give his comments about the news. He said “Well, they have not told me yet, so I have no clue. But I hope it is true. It is high time that they had a baby.”
7. Ritesh Deskmukh and Genelia Deshmukh blessed with a baby boy
Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh have blessed with a birth of their second child, who’s also a boy. They announced the news on Twitter on 1st June.
8. Sunny Leone to romance Arbaaz Khan on-screen!
Reportedly, Sunny Leone has been roped in opposite Arbaaz Khan in a musical romantic drama titled Tera Intezaar. The movie will be directed by debutante director Raajeev Walia and will be shot in the Rann of Kutch as well as abroad. Go Sunny!
9. Veteran Comedian Razak Khan passes away
Actor and comedian Razak Khan passed away due to a heart attack on 1st June. He was rushed to Holy Family hospital in Bandra, but the doctor declared him dead on arrival. His funeral will be held tomorrow at Narialwadi Kabaristan at Byculla after 4 pm namaz. Rest In Peace, Sir.
10. Varun Dhawan will be romancing two ladies in Judwa 2
Varun Dhawn is going to reprise the role played by Salman Khan( in the original Judwa) in Judwa 2 and mnay reports suggest that Alia Bhatt and Shraddha Kapoor will both be seen romancing Varun! Varun has already worked with them both in the past and we have loved both jodis.
