1. Qandeel Baloch killed by brother
In a very shocking case of honour killing, Pakistani model and social media sensation Qandeel Baloch has been killed by her brother in Multan. Reportedly, she was strangled to death at her house. Her brother fled the crime scene after the incident. Few days ago, she had also written to the Interior Minister and the Director General of the Federal Investigation Authority, requesting them to provide her with security claiming that she had received threatening calls and that her life was in danger.
2. Katrina Kaif looses a big deal to Kriti Sanon
Luck is not on Katrina’s side this year. Just when she was trying her best to move on from her break-up with Ranbir Kapoor, she has reportedly lost a big brand campaign to Kriti Sanon. Katrina was the face of a clothing line for some time but now she has been replaced by ‘a younger face’ Kriti Sanon. Poor Kat!

Salman Khan has always been very keen on being a part of Marathi cinema. He was seen doing a cameo in Riteish Deshmukh’s Lai Bhaari, appeared on a Marathi TV show and is even reported to be a part of Riteish’snext Marathi film. Now he himself has confirmed that he doing another Marathi movie. He said “Yes, I’m doing a Marathi film, Shivaji. I have five-six days work. I have a good role.”
8. Akshay Kumar confirms Jolly LLB 2
Amidst all the rumors of Akshay being a part of Jolly LLB 2, Akshay has confirmed the news in an interview with Rajeev Masand. He said “Jolly LLB 2 is a nice script and I quite liked it. I really liked the directors’ (Subhash Kapoor) work and I have never played a lawyer’s role ever. It is something that I am going to enjoy.”
