Madhavan starrer ‘Maara’ to the third season of Amazon Original Series ‘American Gods’, here’s what arriving on Amazon Prime this week.
This week there is an interesting lineup of movies and shows arriving on Amazon Prime Video. There is a digital premiere of Tamil romantic musical drama Maara starring Madhavan, Shraddha Srinath and Sshivada. The movie is directed by Dhilip Kumar and produced by Prateek Chakravorty and Shruti Nallapa under Pramod films. The third season of Amazon Original Series American Gods will be available to stream from Jan 11, 2021. Here’s a detailed look at what coming to prime this week:
The Beach House on 6th January
This one is for all horror-thriller fans out there. Beach House is a horror movie that revolves around two college lovers who take a vacation at a beach house. Their vacation turns into a nightmare when they meet an unexpected older couple and are exposed to danger by a mysterious infection that spreads across the coast.
Mariyam Vannu Vilakkoothi on 7th January
Mariyam Vannu Vilakkoothi a Malayalam comic thriller movie written and directed by debutant Jenith Kachappilly and produced by Rajesh Augustine. It revolves around three friends, who are together from their school days, working in the same company. The problems start when the trio decided to celebrate their colleague’s birthday at the place where he stays as a paying guest.
Maara on 8th January
Maara is a Tamil romantic drama directed by debutant Dhilip Kumar and produced by Prateek Chakravorty and Shruti Nallappa of Pramod Films. Starring Madhavan, Shraddha Srinath and Sshivada in lead roles, it is an adaptation of the Malayalam movie Charlie (2015).
The movie revolves around Paaru (Shraddha Srinath), and how she finds a diary full of sketches and paintings in her new room. Amazed by the paintings, Paaru goes out to find the artist i.e. Maara (R Madhavan).
American Gods Season 3 on 11th January
American Gods is an American fantasy drama series based on Neil Gaiman’s novel of the same name. After two successful seasons, Amazon Prime is all set to bring its third season. The upcoming season will deal with Shadow Moon’s new identity, which he himself isn’t aware of.
