Though not flawless, this historical drama has enough elements to keep you entertained throughout its run time. The climax is worthy of your hard-earned money.


This action-packed thriller by Lokesh Kanagaraj stars some of the biggest names in the South Indian industry, like Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupati, and Fahadh Faasil. It is the follow-up to the 2019 blockbuster action-thriller Kaithi. The critics are appreciating the movie for its entertainment value. It is full of high-quality action sequences, top-notch performances, and an impeccable background score. A full-on masala entertainer.


Patriotism is the flavour of the season and the film industry is capitalizing on it. The third release of this week is Adivi Sesh’s Major. The movie follows the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, an army officer who was killed in the 2008 Mumbai attacks.

Major is receiving positive reviews from critics. It is not a preachy patriotic affair but an entertaining biopic that pays convincing tribute to the hero of 26/11.
