Tamasha 3rd Day Collection – Tamasha collected 14.12 crores on its first Sunday at the domestic Box Office.
After an average opening day with the collection of 10.87 crores, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starer Tamasha witnessed good growth on Saturday and collected 13.17 crores. Well, the good news for Ranbir Kapoor’s fans is that the movie remained strong and showed good growth on its 3rd day. As per the official reports, Tamasha 3rd day collection is 14.12 Crores. At the end of the first weekend, the movie now stands at the comprehensive collection of 38.23 crores.
With 38.16 crores, Tamasha will be the 8th highest opening weekend grosser of 2015 beating TWMR (38.1 crores), Baby (37.05 crores) and Dil Dhadakne Do (36.07 crores).
Tamasha is Ranbir Kapoor’s third highest opening weekend grosser after Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani (62.11 crores) and Besharam (48 crores).

The real test for the movie will start from Monday. Tamasha may find it difficult to survive at the Box Office on the weekdays as the WOM from the general audience is negative.
After a good opening weekend, Tamasha needs to maintain a good pace for at least two weeks to recover its budget of 80 crores. The movie has no big competition till the release of Dilwale and Bajirao Mastani, but the big question remains, will it survive at the Box Office until that time. Well, only time will tell.
